Atleast more than 17 suspects were arraigned at the Anti-Corruption Court on Monday to face charges in relation to the theft of millions of shillings at the National Youth Service.
The 17 are among 27 suspects wanted by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations after they skipped court.
Twelve of the accused were arrested on Thursday when they presented themselves to the DCI as directed by Chief Magistrate Douglas Ogoti.
Two were arrested on Sunday and the rest showed up in court on Monday morning and were promptly arrested.
Justice Mwilu have reiterated the commitment of the judiciary to the speedy dispensation of justice on the cases and sought cooperation from those handling the suspects to make that happen.
